By accessing or using Autovex (autovex.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Autovex (ABN pending).
Autovex is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing AI-powered business tools for tradespeople and service businesses in Australia, including quote generation, invoice generation, contract creation, and client management tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Autovex. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@autovex.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
Autovex offers three paid subscription tiers: Starter ($49 AUD/month), Pro ($79 AUD/month), and Business ($149 AUD/month). All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using the platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. All prices are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Autovex does not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be considered at Autovex's sole discretion — contact support@autovex.com.au.
Autovex uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes, invoices, and contracts. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated documents are provided as templates and starting points only; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of all documents before sending them to clients; (c) Autovex makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or legally binding; (d) AI-generated contracts do not constitute legal advice and you should seek independent legal advice for complex contractual matters.
You agree not to: use Autovex for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation; resell or sublicense access to Autovex without written consent; use the platform to generate fraudulent documents or misrepresent your business.
All content, features, and functionality of Autovex — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and text — are owned by Autovex and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the platform.
Your use of Autovex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at autovex.com.au/privacy. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Autovex integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Autovex is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Autovex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Autovex in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Autovex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autovex and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Autovex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Autovex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), which cannot be excluded by contract.
